Taija Rae started in the XXX Film business in 1984 at the age of 22. She was discovered by a fledgling Philadelphia talent firm, Lynx Management. The name Taija came from her Asian co-worker when she was a cocktail waitress. Her journey in the business began in New York after a photo shoot she did and was followed by East Coast erotic films features. Taija Rae filmed her very first video called Dangerous Stuff and Scenes They Wouldn't Let Me Shoot shot in just 2 short days. Hustler magazine once referred her as one of the biggest names in the industry. In 1988, Taija Rae decided to move in Los Angeles, California to continue her career. She finally left the business in 1993 after almost a decade of performance.
